How do I pay for sessions?
I will electronically bill your insurance company or your debit/credit card. And if insurance doesn't cover, then good news, I offer affordable sliding scale fees and scholarship options!
How long will therapy take?
The length of therapy will depend on your needs: it could range from a couple sessions to a couple years! After I hear your story, we can discuss and make this decision together.
Can we do videochat sessions?
Yes, if you have a strong internet connection, then I can usually offer videochat sessions through a secure telehealth platform called TherapyNotes. Ask me for more details.
What is therapy like with you?
Therapy with me is client-centered and solution-focused: this means I'm here to help you get where you want to go. I will carefully listen to your story, and together, we'll determine a direction for our session times
